Register for a Cruise

To register for our one of our cruises, please fill out the following form. Complete this form for each person in your party who resides at a different address and for any additional staterooms included in your reservation. We will contact you shortly to process your payment information, however, you can speed up this process if you complete and return the credit card authorization form here. If you are unable to complete this registration online, please complete our PDF form and fax or mail it to our office. Please note that faxed or mailed registrations could delay booking of your cruise reservation.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS:

We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to protect your investment. A travel protection plan may reimburse you in cases of cancellation, medical emergency, emergency evacuation, or lost or stolen luggage. We can provide information about coverage if you are interested. There is no cost for this information and you are under no obligation to purchase a plan.




Gratuities are traditionally added to your onboard account prior to sailing, however, you may instead opt to prepay your gratuities, the cost of which will be included in the price of your cruise. The cost varies by cruise line but is generally between $12-$15 per day. Would you like to add pre-paid gratuities at this time?


If you are registering for one of our group cruises, please let us know which group and whether you will be participating in any activities organized by the group. Please remember that there may be additional fees associated with participation in the group.










GROUPS ONLY:
Some group cruises provide optional activities such as meetings, events, workshops, etc. Will any of the other passengers in your cabin be participating in the events offered by your group? (Example: scrapbooking, quilting, classes, networking events, etc.)

*Some group cruises (ex: crafting) provide a t-shirt for group participants. All other groups and any non-participants cruising with a group will not receive a t-shirt unless otherwise specified.

(Please include information about any special needs, medical conditions that may require special equipment or accessibility such as wheelchairs, CPAP machines, sharps containgers, or refrigerators for insulin or other medications. Also please note any special booking instructions, such as "near elevators", "port side", "early dining"etc.

  • Quoted price includes all room and board, government taxes and fees.  Gratuities and insurance included on request. Certain charges are not included in the quoted price, including, but not limited to, shore excursions, souvenirs, alcoholic beverages, gambling, salon/spa treatments, photos, etc.
  • If one or more persons cancel, the rate(s) for remaining occupants in that cabin may increase. Per the cruise line, a minimum of 8 cabins must be sold to form any cruise group. Crafty Neighbor Travel reserves the right to cancel any cruise reservations that do not meet this minimum quota.
  • All classes, workshops, meetings and group events are coordinated by the applicable group organizer and are not sponsored, provided, nor endorsed by the cruise line or Crafty Neighbor Travel. Unless otherwise noted, any fees or charges for such activities may be included in the price quoted, but will not be charged or collected by the cruise line or Crafty Neighbor Travel. All such charges will be billed separately by the group organizer.
  • Full deposit is due at the time of booking and will be applied to the full payment due. Final payment must be received in our office no later than noon on the date listed on your invoice and/or the group website. Any bookings which are not paid in full by the final payment due date will be automatically cancelled by the cruise line and any monies due will be refunded to the credit card used for payment.
  • Additional terms and conditions may apply to any group booking. Please see the website specific to your group cruise for details.
  • All bookings are subject to the cancellation policy as well as any terms and conditions outlined on the cruise line website.
