• The default dining time for this group is "Late" dining at 8:00 PM. Other available dining times are "Early" at 5:30 PM and "My Time" dining, which is open seating (typically from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM). If you prefer more private dinner reservations or you wish to choose a different dining time, please let us know in the comments section of the registration form.
• Optional travel insurance is availble on request. For more information, please check the appropriate box on the registration form.
• Gratuities for this cruise are $13.99 per day ($83.94) and will be automatically added to your onboard account unless you choose to remove them prior to the last day of your cruise. You may also elect to Pre-Pay your gratuities by checking the appropriate box on the registration form.
• Rates include all taxes and port fees ($98.64).
• There is an additional $50 group fee, which will be paid in two installments: $20 is paid directly to Carnival Cruise Line as part of our group fees and cannot be waived, the remaining $30 will be paid directly to Crafty Neighbor to cover additional group expenses. The $30 portion will be waived for all non-scrapbookers traveling as part of the group.
• All group scrapbooking activities will take place in a designated area as set by the cruise line. We will make every effort to ensure as much quality scrapbooking time as possible, however, please understand that all meeting places and times are at the discretion of the cruise line and may change without notice.
• All classes, workshops, meetings, and group events are included in the activity fees charged by Crafty Neighbor and are not sponsored, provided, nor endorsed by the cruise line or Crafty Neighbor Travel.
• You must book through Crafty Neighbor Travel to participate in group activities.
• Specific information about the itinerary, scrapbooking and other group activities for this cruise can be found on our Cruise FAQ Site. We encourage you to read all the information available there.
• A $250 per person deposit is due at time of booking and will be applied to final payment due. Full payment is due by 4/14/20. Payment plans are available.
• Full payment is due at time of booking for registrations received after 1/30/20.
• Quoted prices are based on double occupancy through 1/30/20, or while quantities last. Rates are subject to change after this date. Book early to secure the lowest rate.
• Price includes all room and board, government taxes and fees. Rates are subject to change by the cruise line until paid in full.  Gratuities and insurance not included. Certain charges are not included in the quoted price, including, but not limited to, shore excursions, souvenirs, alcoholic beverages, gambling, salon/spa treatments, photos, etc.
• All cabins are double occupancy. It is the responsibility of each guest to arrange for a roommate. If you do not have a roommate, we will attempt to pair you with another solo traveler, however we make no guarantees and you will be responsible for the full double occupancy price if no roommate is found.
• If one or more persons cancel, the rate(s) for remaining occupants in the same cabin may increase.
• Per the cruise line, a minimum of 8 cabins must be sold to form any cruise group. Crafty Neighbor reserves the right to cancel any cruise that does not meet this minimum quota.
• In the event of cancellation, Crafty Neighbor reserves the right to retain $25 as a processing fee. In addition, all bookings are subject to the cancellation policy as outlined on the cruise line website. Please visit RoyalCaribbean.com for details.
• Call for current pricing on ocean view, triple, and quadruple occupancy cabins and suites. Handicap accessible cabins are available on request.
• Payment plans available.  Ask for details.
• I understand that by registering for this cruise, I agree to the terms and conditions listed herein as well as those put forth in the Waiver and Release of Liability, including, but not limited to the use of my likeness and/or any photographs or video related to my participation in the cruise for the purpose of promoting Crafty Neighbor and/or Crafty Neighbor Travel events and cruises.
