• All group scrapbooking activities will take place in a designated area as set by the cruise line. We will make every effort to ensure as much quality scrapbooking time as possible, and the cruise line has confirmed access to suitable meeting space, however, please understand that all meeting places and times are at the discretion of the cruise line and may change without notice.
• All classes, workshops, and projects are included in the group fees charged by Crafty Neighbor and are not sponsored, provided, nor endorsed by the cruise line. Kits with instructions will be provided for anyone who does not wish to participate in classes, however, some projects may require the use of materials and supplies that are only available during class times.
• A $125 discount will be deducted from the price of the cruise for all non-scrapbookers.
• A $250 per person deposit is due at time of booking and will be applied to final payment due. Full payment is due by 10/15/16. Full payment is due at time of booking for registrations received after 10/15/16.
• Quoted price based on double occupancy interior cabin, while quantities last. Prices good as of 10/21/15. Prices change periodically. Book early to secure the lowest rate.
• Price includes all room and board, government taxes and fees as well as a $25 group fee assessed by Crafty Neighbor.  Fees may vary until paid in full.  Gratuities and insurance not included. Certain charges are not included in the quoted price, including, but not limited to, shore excursions, souvenirs, alcoholic beverages, gambling, salon/spa treatments, photos, etc. Workshops and classes presented by Crafty Neighbor are included in the price of the cruise at the rate of $125 per person, and will be deducted for non-scrapbookers.
• All cabins are double occupancy. It is the responsibility of each guest to arrange for a roommate. If you do not have a roommate, we will attempt to pair you with another solo traveler, however we make no guarantees and you will be responsible for the full double occupancy price if no roommate is found.
• If one or more persons cancel, the rate(s) for remaining occupants in the cabin may increase. Per the cruise line, a minimum of 8 cabins must be sold to form any cruise group. Crafty Neighbor reserves the right to cancel any cruise that does not meet this minimum quota.
• In the event of cancellation, Crafty Neighbor reserves the right to retain the $25 group fee as a processing fee. In addition, all bookings are subject to the cancellation policy as outlined on the cruise line website. Please visit Royal Caribbean for details.
• Call for current pricing on balcony, ocean view, triple, and quadruple occupancy cabins and suites. Handicap accessible cabins are available on request.

• I understand that by registering for this cruise, I agree to the terms and conditions listed herein as well as those put forth in the Waiver and Release of Liability.
