Event fees collected from this crop will be applied first to registration at the venue and then to any incidental expenses related to prizes, games, and the event theme. As a result, your deposit and registration fees are non-refundable except under the following circumstances:
  • In the event of a vendor cancellation, you will receive restitution commensurate with the fees refunded by the vendor.

  • A full refund of all moneys paid will be refunded in the event of your cancellation when your vacancy is filled.

A $35 fee will be charged for returned checks.
